Leave the M5 at Junction 27 and follow signs for Barnstaple (A361) leave the A361 where signed for Woolacombe(after about 20 miles) taking the A399, climb up over the edge of Exmoor following all signs to Woolacombe, you will approach the village down a long hill. Virtually at the bottom of the hill turn left, signed shopping centre, then straight across cross-road, then left by Bay Hotel(into South street) and then right into Rosalie Terrace (by cash point on corner) Raddon Cottage is half way down on the right.
This is the google route finder suggested way. The alternative route would be to stay on the A361 and bypass Barnstaple signed Bideford and at the Lake roundabout follow signs for Woolacombe.
