The Self Catering Accommodation
The self catering accommodation which sleeps six, is comfortably furnished, creating a homely feel.

The hall leads you into a large sitting room/dining area, the newly fitted and extended kitchen also has a breakfast table, all appliances, and a gas cooker; with a door leading to utility area with washing machine and spare space for surf boards, push chairs etc. also a downstairs shower cubicle and toilet

Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a double bed room, a twin bed room, and a bunk bed room. The bathroom has bath and shower. there is a separate toilet.

The back door leads to a paved patio area with garden furniture, flower garden with washing line, and a shed for storage. At the end of the garden there is an area for wheelie bins and recycling boxes, and a hard standing for one or two cars accessed by Frog Street. Parking permits are needed in the street at the front of the cottage between May and September, We supply a limited number.

Extra Notes. We are open from End of April to Mid September We are a FRIDAY changeover. Prices are inclusive of all services, bed linen is supplied, but bring your own towels Visitors can arrive anytime after 2pm, and must leave by 10am on the day of departure. Dogs are welcome, (only part of the beach allows dogs in the summer) Cot (travel), booster seat highchair, and stair-gate available. We leave 3 visitor parking permits /week for parking outside the cottage. There is also a hard standing at the rear of the cottage accessed by Frog Street with parking space for up to two small cars.
