Raddon Cottage is a Victorian terraced cottage in a side street in the old part of Woolacombe village. The three bedroom self catering cottage provides an ideal setting for a traditional ‘bucket and spade' family holiday, or a relaxing break by the sea.

Its central location makes it just a short level walk to all the village amenities, shops, cafes pubs etc. The beautiful sandy beach, which Woolacombe is famous for, is about a 400yard walk away.
The Area
Woolacombe is situated on the North West coast of Devon and has a variety of beaches from superb expanses of dune backed sands to smaller rock sheltered coves. Surfing is good all year round, and bathing is safe. The beach has a Blue flag award and maintains a high level of cleanliness. It is patrolled by lifeguards during the main summer season. National Trust headlands flank both sides of the village giving access to amazing walks with exhilarating scenery .

The older village of Mortehoe is just along the coast where the Heritage Centre recounts the areas maritime history. North Devon is worth exploring too, within easy reach are many family attractions, shopping at Barnstaple, Exmoor and its wildlife, Linton and Lynmouth with its water powered cliff railway. boat trips from Illfracombe for fishing or a day trip to Lundy Island to mention just a few.
